How to collect your rewards

You’ll need an Orchard account and a linked Neopets username. Registration requires an invitation code during closed beta.

Create an Orchard account
Use your invitation code to register. Your account is separate from Neopets, so choose a different password.

Link your Neopets account
Enter your Neopets username and confirm it with the code we send by Neomail. We never need your Neopets password.

Play and collect your items
Play for your reward, then create a junk trade on Neopets. Your items are sent automatically through the Trading Post; accept the offer to receive your items.

How do I collect my prizes?

Link your Neopets account and create a junk trade containing an inexpensive item you’re happy to part with. We automatically send your prize items as a Trading Post offer. Check the offer and accept it to complete the transfer. Larger collections may need more than one trade.

What can I win on the daily wheel?

Spin once a day for one Neopets item worth up to 20 million. Categories include food, books, plushies, paint brushes, Neggs, potions and treasure. Mystery chooses from the whole collection. You’ll see the exact item and its estimated value when the wheel lands.

How do re-spins work?

You have three daily re-spins each calendar month. A re-spin replaces that day’s previous result, so make sure you’re happy to let it go before trying again. It can land on the same category or item.

When do the weekly and monthly rewards open?

Weekly rewards opens after seven consecutive daily spins from Monday to Sunday. Collect seven items worth up to 20 million each. Monthly rewards opens on the final day of each month with seven items worth up to 20 million each, plus one rare monthly item. Orchard rewards use UTC; the game pages show your next opening. Neopets’ own daily activities use NST.

Can I try a game while I’m waiting?

Yes. Practice spins let you enjoy all three games whenever you like. They don’t use your scheduled turns or re-spins, and practice results don’t award prizes.

Do I need to join the Neopets guild?

An Orchard account and a linked Neopets username are all you need for member rewards. Our Neopets guild is coming soon. Guild membership will be optional.
